    Which bugs do you save?

I'll kill almost all of them, usually without a second thought and without thought. But I can't stand killing lightning bugs. I just got Fran off of one so that I could take it outside. Ladybugs are a no no too. You?

I don't kill spiders. If I find one in the house I take it outside. I don't kill ladybugs. I don't kill Praying Mantis. Don't kill bee's or lightning bugs. Everything else is pretty much fair game.

No spiders, it will rain! No to lightning bugs, lady bugs and praying mantis. I avoid bees like the plague, very allergic.

Hmm, if it's inside it dies. Not a fan of bugs in general. If my.sons around we save all but spiders because he is afraid of them. For the most part my hubby does an excellent job of keeping them out of the house.

Don't really kill any of them except roaches. I find roaches nasty!

I don't kill any bugs unless they are pests (like roaches - they are so yucky) or transmit nasties (like ticks).

I try to avoid killing most insects, except the nasty ones. If they are found in the house I try and get spiders and ants moved outside.

I save most of them most of them, I really don't like killing them. The only exception being ants when they are inside cause when there's one there will be many and that creeps me out... Which is why I especially let spiders go about their business because I hope they will eat any ant that comes around :P

I would kill ants, roaches and sometimes flies. Actually, if I can get the fly to go to a door or window, I try to get them outside without killing them. I don't like to squash any bugs because squishing them gives me the willies, but I'm not averse to using ant or roach bait. We don't have roaches now but our long ago very first home, an inner-city rowhouse, it was a problem. We probably had the exterminator there every month!

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

I don't kill dragon flies, lightening bugs or lady bugs. Anything else- if it stings or bites, it is dead.
