I also have watched a lot of series my husband would be embarrassed to admit I have seen! LOL Like Hart of Dixie.

Dead Zone was good. Dexter was good. Burn Notice was good.
    You should watch Breaking Bad!

i also rewatched almost all of my favorite show - Buffy the vampire slayer (i have an inability to finish it again even the second time around - it saddens me to finish it lol).

I crushed the final season of The Killing over a two day period, mostly one day. My other half watched all 6 episodes in one sitting. The season prior to this one was darker and more interesting to me but It was an okay closing to a series.

I really enjoyed one tv show called Hit & Miss. Chloë Sevigny, is a pre-op transsexual contract killer whose life is changed when she hears from her ex, who reveals that she's dying and that she has a son. It's a one season and done as far as I know but it left me wanting to see more of how the family turned out and what happens to her as a hitman.
    Thanks Everyone!!

If you are looking for a time killer I have been watching the two seasons of Amazing Stories (TV series - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) by Steven Spielberg. It's an 80's version of the Twilight Zone to best describe it. Some of the stories are pretty clever.

We're on third season of "The Killing" now - first two were better but that one is still pretty good.

I'm watching Orange is the New Black, love House of Cards, Call the Midwife, and Downton Abbey before it jumped the shark with this new "Cousin Oliver" character.
