the one who ripped his neuter stitches and had to be stapled.

so, they decided to take the dog, who should be resting to a friends house. screw resting.
oh yeah, he didnt fit in the carrier with the cone. or the puff collar, which i don't get.
and oh yeah, the husband, it's his fault, because he seems to have nodded off, left the collar off, and guess what?

oh yeah, the staples are out. but he didnt eat them. and the trainer came, did the training, in the dirty street, with his sac open, bloody, and at least 1/4 inch spread. she told them to put a butterfly on it. really, they don't know how to do that.
and she told them to give him a chicken wing, skin on, he didnt eat the bones. and then next day beef. really? not the way i was taught to feed raw. i had a conversation with nitwit about calcium and she said the trainer said to give egg shells. really?how much for an 8 lb dog. was the chicken salted? oh, how would she know that?

the trainer also told her to pulverize veggies and give it to him. i said "how much" . don't know. and told them to get pumpkin, but guess what? it's not in the stores because it's not in season now.NO, NOT CANNED PUMPKIN FOR PUMPKIN PIE!!!
i offered a can of my organic pumpkin, told her to put it in ice cube trays and defrost one cube at a time, and be careful not to give too much because it's fiber and it evan be constipating or cause the runs. i think the trainer is a nitwit also. shock collar and all.
i asked the husband this week , when he said he was going out "training" isn't he always training, and why not try without the shock collar. oh silly, it's too hard to get this fart to walk. um, have you tried bringing a little treat along? nah. rather shock the little dog.

read the label, maybe. how much beef did you give this 8 lb dog? two meatballs.

so, i gave the link to haretoday, offered to tag on some stuff for her dog on my order, sent the link to the egg shell powder i use when subsidizing with beef, chicken or turkey from nick's store, told her how much (or little) the dog should be eating, and i gave her a link on raw feeding (now prey model) and said READ. and everything you read isn't the gospel but try and please understand that you cant slop raw food into the plate and think you are doing it the right way.

I'm pretty sure it's hopeless. don't even know if the vet will restaple or just let it heal, as i refused to go and look because if it were my dog, well, it wouldn't have happened twice, i would have taken him to the er vet and let them decide.

This post makes me want to cry. That poor little dog is suffering at the hands of those ignorant people. It's despicable. Is there nothing that can be done?

short of her losing the dog again, and me stealing it, chipped and all, and giving it to someone out of state (let's not forget girly brown) , no there's nothing. it's hopeless. i cant to talk to my husband about it, because it's making him sick. i figure you guys must think i make these things up. it's so pathetic. i just called and left them a message that the vet may not want to restaple, re dope up, and may just ask them to stuff the space with a medication, and watch that the dog doesn't go near it. but really what makes anyone think they will do that right.
my heart breaks for the dog.
they are pathetic. no words. and i think the trainer has no clue either, what she is dealing with or…….8 lb dog needs a collar to do basic training? sorry , i get it, if the dog needs a behavior modified (hell, i did that for a living with kids) but to train from the get-go a dog that lived 9 months in a pet store. puleez.

That sucks. Hopefully your help will turn them around at some point. Poor baby. It's a shame you can't call the cops.to take it like you can when. Children are being mistreated!

If they don't take a dog with a gaping incision to the vet is that not animal cruelty? What would animal control say? Why don't they just feed Instinct from Petco's freezer case? Poor pup!

Oh my goodness, that poor dog. Sounds like he has been through a lot with these irresponsible people. Using a shock collar on a puppy?! Leaving the wound unattended and risking an infection? What on earth are they thinking?!

Sounds like an impossible mission to talk some sense into them.
