Yowser. Not what we wanted to hear from you. But at least you are getting the attention that's needed to get rid of the thing. Hope you are cleared soon.

Oh my gosh! I know those darn things can be so very painful and you so often seem to power through them. This must really be bad and it makes me sad to think of you in such pain. Sending the very best kind of mojo to you and good thoughts to DH, Mardi and Archie.

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

Finally, got a meal and tea plus an endless pitcher of ice water. Bad news, I'm stuck here till tomorrow when doctor will do cystoscopy and laser lithotripsy. The bad is that the stone is very close to the kidney and may slip back up into the kidney during the procedure. The good, one way or another, this sucker is coming out and maybe, maybe, I'll get home late tomorrow or early Tuesday.

DH got a short nap this morning and was here in time to have lunch with me. He says Archie and Mardi are being really good but I sent him home right after lunch; no need to stretch the pups goodness. Started asking DH to do a few things for me and he said he's getting out of here before I can think of too much. LOL Thankfully, he took tonight off so things will get back to almost normal for the furkids. Really makes me mad, today is a beautifully blue sky, cool, fall day with the trees changing color.

Thank you all for the well wishes. Will try to keep up with everyone's posts.

Oh NO! Fran! I am so sorry! I should have been there a couple of times but toughed it out. That caused me to get kidney infections so I am glad you are where you need to be.
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hope they get it taken care of so life can get back to normal!
