    Corn Pudding

    1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
    1-8 oz carton sour cream
1-14.5 oz can whole-kernel corn, drained
1-14.5 oz can creamed corn, undrained
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix.

    Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into a buttered baking dish (about 9x9).
    Bake for 35-40 minutes.

I would have to say potato salad and deviled eggs! because I'm the only one here that likes the potato salad but Thanksgiving is the only time I make it anyway. Shadow's favorite is the turkey that always gets dropped by a kiddo or two.

Everything. I love everything. Mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, turkey, gravy, those Crescent rolls, green beans, absolutely everything. I wish every day was Thanksgiving.

You and me both! I might end up being roly-poly but it would be delicious getting there, lol!

Is this a dessert? Or vegetable dish? Or a bread? Which part of the meal would you serve this at? Looks good.
