I haven't tried most of those, so I can't say I wouldn't like a different one better, but garlic and some hot pepper flakes would appeal to me.

These are commercially produced because they are favors and I don't feel like being sued in case anyone gets botulism, but I infuse my own for home use also! If I or DH gets botulism it's our own fault ;-)

Oh, I wondered why you'd be getting 20 bottles of any flavored oil, unless you were running a restaurant!
We have a hot and spicy olive oil that is awesome. We recently paired it with blackberry balsamic vinegar, and it was amazing!
I used Garlic infused oil all the timeBut infuse my own with other herbs as well
Can never go wrong with herbs de Provence. It pairs well with so many things.
