Thanks everyone!! Yes walking the dogs def helps me. I've been feeling a little better. Today I did min cleaning spent time playing with the dogs watched a movie took them for a long walk now they are quietly sleeping and I'm working on a 1000 piece puzzle. I'm trying to make more time for me. Its very hard for me to relax BC I'm always on the go work, petsitting , come home take care of my gang then bed.

I had a talk with my husband and he said he will try and help out more. We made Sundays our day so he can do whatever on Saturdays but Sunday e do stuff together.
