Had PT yesterday.more machines, more tension, more weight. Then I got brave and told the one who manipulates my ankle that I need the "gentle Fernando" because after he manipulated me I was in agony for two days. I got stink eye but then knew how get him back to normal, and he didn't make me scream or cry.
walking more with walker, upstairs but after PT could barely put much weight on that ankle.
i may end up with Venus william's thighs from the machines but I see a slight difference,at least with my good leg that became loose .so im guessing it's also working on my flamingo leg.
this weekend I do minimal exercises with nick.and walk.
thanks so much for asking.and caring.
    it helps.

So glad to read your update, Betty, but even happier to see you still have your sense of humor. Not that I had a doubt (Venus Williams thighs - oh my!)

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

Hahaahahahahah, the boys at work use to call me Serena (Williams) and it wasn't cause of the thighs! I just say people pay for butt like this now a days!

Get those legs ready for summer and you guys can run amuck.
