Rest and eating whatever and whenever your OH can is the best. Watch out when he starts feeling better and off the antibiotics and he'll have you running to the store when a hankering hits.

    Sending more healing prayers.

We had a set back, he's back in hospital. The local hospital. Lots of pain yesterday after lunch and I eventually called Telehealth Ontario who contacted 911 and we went by ambulance at 11:00 at night. CT scan shows some leakage which might indicate a tear in internal staples. A drain, yet another drain, will be put in on his left side tomorrow. This is a holiday weekend in Canada, Victoria Day holiday today. We were told upon discharge from St. Joe's in Toronto that anything requiring a surgery would involve transport back to St. Joe's by ambulance. We don't know if there is a tear in staples yet or if that is what will happen. Darn, he was doing really well and doing very well with eating but of course now he is not allowed to eat, again, and doesn't feel like it anyway.
