    Starting a change

My life is very hectic fast pace with work , petsittings and rescue I'm usually always on the run or when I am home its spending time making sure tgd dogs are getting thier exercise

I have really bad anxiety/depression issues and normally I don't feel well get migraines a lot and just really tired. I don't eat well we usually order out or gsrab something.

Decided for my health to start eating healthy and exercising more.

I started doing the 21 day fix which is basically portion control and a 30 min work out which I didn't think was that long but Its intense but I'm doing them. I've been on it a week and just that quick I have more energy my anxiety is down and I lost 2lbs.

Are you doing the Amber Calabrese program? I saw it on late night TV when I couldn't sleep one night. Looks interesting but SO expensive to get it here in Canada. I hope you like it and are able to follow through with the whole program. Keep us posted please, really interested here.

Yeah, I've read your posts and threads. From the amount you do I always figured you must sleep no more than four hours a night.

ETA: Or is it Autumn, her name?

Very exciting changes! I have some friends that started with the 21 day fix and have posted their progress on Facebook. They are working hard and their efforts certainly show. Good for you for making the changes you need, wishing you the best!

Yes that's the program it was 70 for the whole thing. I've already started losing inches and lbs!!! I have more energy and my friend is a coach for beach body so she's helping me stay on track.

I usually sleep from 11 and get up at 530 This week I have Claire staying at my house and picking up my new foster dog.

It's so hard to start a program like this with anxiety/depression. KUDOS to you! Once your body starts getting on track, you're going to feel better all over.
