it never hurts to have an extra bathroom, I know you have the 2 upstairs, but one;s unusable during the day, plus, if you're downstairs crafting or working, you don't have to go upstairs (and possibly make a commotion) when you need to use the loo. And of course, resale value, if a young family bought the house, they'd really love having that bathroom downstairs!
LOL, we have a big backyard and lots of bushes and trees and evergreens. That's what we used when OH did redo our one bathroom. Thank heavens it was summer. But in summer the days are long and it was hard to wait for darkness.Originally Posted by Scoutpout
