1.) Cherry Coke is my coffee.
2.) I'm afraid of mice but fine with snakes.
3.) I keep crushing my toenails in various outdoor incidents and am starting to think it's a psychological issue.

I'm not remotely interested in clothes, make up, fashion, hairstyles, cooking or what colour my walls are - and shoes are something you wear to keep your feet from getting muddy and if they aren't any good for that I can't see the point of them!

    1. I have to sleep with socks on too. It's mandatory for me.
    2. I don't like hardwood floors, despite being easier to clean. I always had carpet growing up, so hardwood hurts my feet when I'm not wearing shoes.
    3. My dog is my baby and everyone that knows me knows that. I get the same perks at work as the people with human kids, and my mom refers to herself as "Roxy's grandma" on a regular basis

    1. I don't like hardwood floors. In fact I don't like wood at all and would never have it in my house. Just being around wood in a house makes me feel depressed.

    2. I will never have stainless steel appliances, or granite counter tops. I have a need to rebel trends.

    3. I constantly trace objects with straight lines with my eyes. Even if I talking to someone I will be tracing the collar on their shirt or a pocket outline. It's not outwardly obvious.

1, I have a somewhat Eidetic memory, I can remember peoples faces, events where I seen them, conversations we had and can also relate then to numbers. However I have a really hard time remembering people names. So like I could look at someone and recite their phone number off the top of my head but I couldn't tell you their name. I even remember phone number for people I knew 20 years ago right now at instant recall, I don't remember all their names though. I probably will not remember someones name 5 minutes after meeting them. It usually takes meeting them several times for me to remember.

2, I played lead guitar in a heavy metal band in the late 80's early 90's. Went on tour opening for Quiet Riot, Foghat, Savatage, and 38 special.

3, I am a huge multi tasker, I have to be doing many things at once always. Very rare for me to just sit and focus on one thing like TV or even just a conversation with someone. My hands must be engaged doing something along with what ever else is going on. Therefore I am really terrible in meetings. Before cell phones in meetings, I would take pens apart, put them back together, once even disassembled a vertical window blind in a meeting.

    1. I work as a chemist. I am quite the science nerd!
    2. I had never hunted or shot a gun before I met Jake. He invited me to go duck hunting after we had been dating just 2 weeks. After that I was hooked!
    3. I love cooking and cooking shows, especially anything with Gordon Ramsey.
    4. I swam competitively for 16 years, even though I am only 5'3". I was told I would never be good being as short as I am, and I worked hard enough to make it to state championships.
    5. In our house, Bacon has a voice. A literal voice. When we talk to Bacon he responds (aka Jake or I talks for him). Both Jake and I can have full conversations with him. Yes. We are those crazy dog people!

Why are my first thoughts of the wierdities of my OH? LOL. He who sleeps in long sleeve, long leg polo jammies and wears a turtleneck collar thing (there's a word that escapes me right now for these) that most of us would only put on for going outside in winter, but he says he'll get a headache without it. Oh, forgot to complete my long sentence. He wears this stuff all summer, even now with all the heat warnings going on.

I am mildly faceblind. I will remember your name and a whole bunch of things about you but I might not recognize you. Even if I've known you for some time. I have failed to recognize myself in old photos. I have spoken to people about themselves on occasion. There are other people like me but I don't know any personally.

The only other things I can think of are I don't much like ice cream, maple syrup or honey and it seems Everyone else does. And I love winter and hate the heat.

Lol! Something tells me there are many of those "crazy dog people" here! What could possibly be wrong with talking for your dog?!
