    Do you sing along?

So I was sitting down to watch Monday night football on TV and they were singing the National Anthem and I caught myself lip syncing to it. It started me thinking and I realized I either lip sync, hum or sing it in my mind (I can't carry a tune even I a bucket) anytime I hear it.
Does anyone else sing their National Anthem when you hear it on TV?

I sing quietly to myself, as my singing ability is what one my describe as awful. However, as a born and raised Baltimore boy I feel it is my sworn duty to loudly shout "O" when the song gets to "Oh say does that star spangled banner yet waive" at any sporting event. I'm not sure when this tradition started, but we've been doing it at Orioles games (and any other sporting event) for as long as I can remember.

On a side note, of you ever find yourself in Baltimore, take the water taxi to Fort McHenry. You won't regret it.

I always sing or lip sync. My grandma was born on the 4th of July so I was taught from a young age to always sing and honor America. Whenever I was over there and we were watching a baseball game, we'd all sing along.

If I don't sing, I'll always stop what I'm doing and listen. Just a habit I guess

I sure do although it is lip sync only as my voice could probably peel paint off walls.

I lip sync. We were at a lacrosse game when the power went out during the anthem and the crowd started singing along as the girls mic went out. That was the first time in a long time I recall singing out loud to the anthem.
    Thanks Everyone!!

I lip sync or (very) quietly sing.

O Canada is much easier to sing a little louder.
