Thanks, everyone. I do not know when I will be having the hysterectomy. I only recently found out that it was my best and really only, option. After I have had the d&c and they get the results back, we'll have to schedule that. There is no extreme hurry, but I'm going to get the earliest date they have. I'm ready to be done with this. I have gained weight due to the meds and the inactivity caused by severe anemia (hemoglobin was less than 4, too weak to do anything). I must lose it, which is hard and admittedly, it's tiring. I just want to be healthy and active again. Oh, well. It's life, eh? I hope your leg gets to feeling better, and well wishes for any other sick, injured, or shut in.

I'm good - thanks for checking in. The leg ho hum LOL. Some days (like today) I think it's better and some days not. Really bugged me when I went to Petsmart. What's up with that? Someone trying to tell me something? Ha

I have my radiation simulation on Tuesday (20th) and on Wednesday (21st) this alien port comes out YAY. I "think" I start radiation the following week. The journey continues.

Have they told you anything definitive about the leg? That seems so bizarre to me. Like us hypothyroid folks losing the outer ends of our eyebrows when our levels are low. How random is that???

I haven't had the leg checked yet. I brought it up to my MO early on though. My guess is some sort of nerve. Taxol (my last chemo drug) can affect nerves, but I'm no doctor lol.

    I am hypothyroid too Barb

Hitting myself in the head that I did not think of this earlier. DD's father had cancer, chemotherapy and radiation. His chemo was Platinol. He had leg pain and was given a quinine medication. It really helped.

    Sending you more prayers.
