Not sure why these things happen to us - after all we are good people - we love labs LOL. I hope that you are doing well. My son knows (he is 17), but I don't think he really gets it. I have not told my daughter. She is away at college going through finals and had her first one today. Once finals are over I will tell her. I may have my biopsy results back by then.

I really wish this would all go away - you just never think it's going to happen to you.

I would wait until finals are over too. Your daughter sure has a late semester. My son has been done with finals for almost a month now. Will she be finished by your son's graduation? I saw your post about your FIL too. It might be best for him to talk to him once you know more. I waited a month to tell my parents. My doctor wanted me to have a special brain scan done at Georgetown hospital and since they are the only ones in the area to do it, it took a month to get the test scheduled.
I told them what was happening after that. It also gave me time to accept my diagnosis and I wasn't quite as emotional as when I first found out. I know what you mean about just wanting it all to go away... I often wish the same. I feel like I turned 50 and just fell apart!

That it is - I am still kind of in disbelief, but am starting to accept it. I go about my business and everything is fine and then all of a sudden I burst into tears. I went to my son's hockey game and my eyes were all red (had another meltdown). I'm sure everyone was thinking - geez, what happened to her. I would of wore sunglasses, but it's an indoor ice rink that is dark to begin with so that didn't work LOL.

Really hope I don't have to do chemo. I just had $400 (yes, that's right) hair extensions put in. Ah vanity at it's finest LOL

Just wanted to let you know that I will be thinking of you tomorrow and know you will be glad to have the biopsy over with. It will feel better to be moving the whole process along and to start getting the answers you need.

Take care and try to focus on just one day at a time. I bet Charlie and Niner will be good companions and a diversion for you this week.
