Went in to get blood work done today, just general stuff. I'm not a big fan of tests so I've been delaying this and was stressed. Told the phlebotomist I wasn't going to look and she said, "That's all right. Neither am I."
Yeah. Don't say that.
On the other hand, she was very fast and really lovely.

I had a patient ask how long I'd been doing this. I told him that he was my first one. At that point I had a few years of experience. I never said that again.

Then I walked out into the waiting area and announced that she was great! Hopefully she did as well after that because I set the expectations pretty high.
