Here's mine, so far. I need to create details so I can actually succeed.

Main things - foundations
*go to bed on time (helped by getting rid of Netflix)
*get up on time
*leave the office by 4pm - work from home if I have additional work, but with few exceptions don't stay late
- If I can do the things above, the things bellow will fall into place!
*develop healthier eating habits (plan better)
*exercise (not sure how to make this one specific yet)
*train dog 15 minutes, three times per week (does not include matches, classes, lessons)

Other goals
*more charity work (check! - putting on a match in Feb. to benefit canine cancer research)
*get out at least every other weekend - a hike or similar
*finish the house (soooo close)
*finish front yard landscaping (soooo close)
*take dog to training center(s) at least twice a month to train independently (or with friends)
*take dog to at least one match per month (I typically do this)
*start JH title - not sure if I can make it to four events this year
