Yikes, I hope you go back to the doctor. Can you get a different drug?

Got switched to Amoxicillin 875mg 2x daily - so almost 2000mg of amoxicillin a day for 28 days - lets just say I'm definitely taking probiotics now lol.

I also picked up at a small local natural health food store:
    - Turmeric
    - Resveratrol (Japanese Knotweed)
    - Cat's Claw

I'm taking those along with the amoxi, probiotic, my meloxicam, and a magnesium supplement.

    Plus birth control and Ativan.

    walking pharmacy over here.

Watch the diet, too. Minimal carbs. No soy, wheat, glutens. Fresh fruits and veggies, small amounts of meat.

Are you looking at the Buehner protocol? Lots of people (and dogs) have had success with that. I think Astragalus is part of it, along with the cats-claw and knotweed.

There's also the Cowden protocol, but it is a bit pricier since it calls for a specific TOA free cats-claw, and another proprietary formula.

Yes, the Buehner protocol - I wasn't sure about the astralagus because it says not to use for chronic Lyme - and where I already have 'chronic Lyme/post Lyme' in addition to acquiring Lyme again, I wasn't sure about it. I got what I could from my local health food store until my Lyme protocol from Green dragon botanicals comes in (following the Buehner protocol), it's on backorder.

I'm not a veggie person. So this is gonna be tough. Fruit? Absolutely! Minimal meat? That's going to suck. My diet is literally meat, potatoes, and berries lol.
