Weird things you have to deal with.

I'm currently trying to figure out the cause of my goat's dandruff. It's either a copper deficiency or a need for oil in her diet. Until I can pick up some black oil sunflower seeds and another goat block, I'm brushing her down to keep her comfortable. She's kind of itchy. Poor Louise.

      What's going on with you?

Do you wash the goats? If so, any chance you didn't rinse all of the soap off? Our neighbor used to use a mobile service that repeatedly didn't rinse completely and their dogs would itch and itch until they caught on (yeah, it was me who suggested it).

Christmas and Easter both went to the vet. Christmas had an infected foot and Easter burst an air bubble in her neck and her head poofed out like a balloon.

No, I don't wash the goats. They are actually very clean unless they are bucks in which case they pee on themselves in order to attract mates. This is why we are a girl only household.

That's some painful stuff. I had it on my hands and lower arms for two years. It took me that amount of time to figure out that the cause for me was chemical cleaners. Now I only use watered down vinegar and bleach from a spray bottle.

      I feel for you.
