    Finally, Flowers

Still cool weather which is not a bad thing for the flowers; they'll last longer.

Pretty, pretty. We have some crocus out. Mostly white but a few purple, yellow and striped. It's funny, I planted equal numbers of all colours decades ago but mostly it's white we have now. I guess the squirrels prefer to eat the bulbs of the coloured ones?

very pretty! what at the top blue flowers? unfamiliar looking to me...
worried about the dafs last week with that snow we had, they all got bent over but good. fortunately mine were't quite ready to bloom yet - got home sunday night after a long weekend away at a dog show to find them blooming, some even still bent over. very hardy plants!

I really don't know what they are. There are a lot that have come up that I'm not exactly sure. They sure are hardy little bulbs though. Some have gotten inadvertently shoveled up and moved to another place in the yard and bloom away.

Ok, just found them on google; they are Siberian Squill. While searching, came across these. Going to have to get some this fall. guinea hen flower - Bing images
