Never Noticed the Moustache Was GONE

Something light to start your day. OH was away all day yesterday with his friend and never noticed the BIG moustache the man has had the whole time we've known him, nearly 40 years, was GONE. LOL, I noticed as soon as they returned here last night. OH did say it bugged him all day there "was something different" but he couldn't figure out what it was.

    Guys!

My brother spent 6 months in the Antarctic and decided to grow a full beard. What else is there to do in the Antarctic? It was shocking to see when he got home especially since he has bright red hair. About a week later he shaved it off. The following morning he asked if we noticed anything different. Dah. We all missed it was gone.

I have a reverse beard one. I worked with a smooth shaven fellow who had an identical twin brother who had a full beard. They worked for the same Ministry of Natural Resources but different offices. Well, one day Mr. Beard dropped in at our office to visit his brother and just walked through to where he worked. And half the office said good morning to him as if he was Mr. Smooth Face. So it seems beards, and likely moustaches too, well he also had a moustache, can appear and not be noticed just as much as disappear and not be noticed. LOL

I grow a full beard every winter. I'm outside a lot, and it does help keep the face warm. DW HATES the beard. She badgers me all winter about shaving it off. A couple years ago, I shaved it off without mentioning it. It took her a week to notice. She tells me she's happy to see I shaved that morning. I told her I shaved it a week ago. *Crickets chirping* "Oh, ok."
