Lots of good thoughts for your sister! Please take care of you so you can be there to take care of your sister.

My dogs definitely feel stress and it stresses them which can stress me further. Yoga is very helpful for me, I can not stand for my 2 to be stressed. They are already velcro dogs, stress turns them in to very heavy, panting blankets.

Yes, a heavy panting blanket is what Dakota is lately. And I feel for her so much because I see clearly that she wants me to calm down. I do yoga too and I cant get enough of it. Montana used to be my rock, He was calm, sweet, and smooth. He could take anything going on with me with a smile and his antics would make me laugh-which is great. Dakota is not as seasoned with taking on my stress, but she's trying. God bless her soul. I love her so much and am so thankful to have a dog in my life.
