ok, so he left his bucket and some mixing tool.

just went down and checked and except for one spot where it looks like a piece of cement fell from somewhere and landed on the wet floor, pretty good. i will text him today, as he's in sag harbor working, that his bucket and stirrer are here and i have to show him one tiny spot. or maybe i'll just ask him to call me and tell him it looks good. or he will leave me with the bucket, the stirring tool and cement. i will live with it if i have to, covering perhaps with a rug.

I've had enough of the floor already. and all in all, it's ok. or better than ok.
