My boy only needs the tone sound now! lol.. And I have tried each and every setting and collar on myself.. I figure I should experience it too.. do know that the einstein boss collar is preeettttty powerful on the high settings.. lol... thankfully I was the only one that got to feel that experience!

I only have to use the beep feature now too... in fact, I think I may have used the shock once or twice. I also tried it on myself before I would use it in her....

my ecollar makes a tone noise when it delivers the shock stimulus be it the short or the lengthy version...then it has just the tone noise with no stimulus delievered.. separate buttons for each.

If you were replying to me, I meant does the video have sound, not the e-collar.

    I don't think so - I personally don't understand these videos

I just feel the need to recommend that people follow a legit and proven method of conditioning the dog to the E collar. There are tons of COMPLETE resources out there. I'd not rely on a few youtube videos to try to piece the training together....

How (i.e., under what circumstances, and to what purpose) do you (all) use the e-collar? Did you do anything special to "collar condition" your dogs?

Me either! I was really confused and didn't understand the point. Glad I'm not crazy.
