Imagine if you were screaming, just completely overloaded because you were nervous or scared or panicked, and someone put their hand over your mouth. What would you do? Would that make you stop?

Have you tried a crate? Have you covered it? Have you taken her around the block in the car, then just come home and do nothing? Have you tried any type of calming herbs (Rescue Remedy?)?
I have tried Crate for 8 months now, covered it yes, I did try the Dog Appeasement Pheromone, thundershirt etc. I do get your drift though. I don't want to make things worse.

Just hold on there: I am trying to find something that works so I can drive without the distraction of a constant noise from her. We have done 12 training sessions with a top trainer in Canada. It is not that she lacks training. I have tried everything I can think of. We have crated her, put a cover over her crate, I bought a hammock/seat cover, I bought a thunder shirt, I have tried training exercises with my trainer told me, I've driven her around the block & home as suggested.
anyway: I was just asking for advise.
