Grab some treats and be ready to ask for a sit BEFORE she has the chance to jump.

Pick up all the toys and start enforcing NILF training, nothing in life is free. You are the keeper of the toys. She must sit to have a toy. Jumping will get nothing. If she has the toy (because you have already given it to her after she has earned it) and is jumping on you, yes, ignore her, turn around, walk in a different room or go inside. Or make an exchange. Have a different, new, better toy ready to trade for a sit. Do not yell at her, this will only excite her.

Think about the behavior you DO want, and praise her when she does what you want (a sit or a down).

It will also help to do these things intermittently while she is being good so that you can reinforce the behavior without already being frustrated or out of control. Always better to train something while you are first in control.

If all else fails, put her on a leash so you can correct the behavior.

Good luck, let me know how it goes.

    Also

Charlie used to do this as a puppy there were two things I would do. Either 1. it meant he did not get enough exercise that day so I would take him out and exercise him more. or 2. he was being a brat so I would take the toy away and either crate him or put him on his mat/blanket with a chew toy or just nothing and have him settle. Once he settled, then we would play.
