I may be dumb but I could not find him under photos...the link takes me to a page where I need to register? Do you need to register to vote?

I guess...I don't know..those photo contest sites make it seem SOOOO simple for people to vote...and when I sent the mass email to friends/family, I got TONS of replies saying it wouldn't let them...so I have NO idea!! So aggrevating!
