Welcome to the forum! Good manners are possible with some structure and implementing a routine. The mouthiness can also be related to restlessness/lack of structure, so redirecting to a toy may not always work, but physical and mental exercise (via training) will certainly help. Get the whole family involved, take a training class if possible and try to make time for two or three short obedience sessions each night to set her up for success.
