    I'd like to introduce myself.

    I have been a Lab lover since I was twelve. My dad had a beautiful Black Lab that had twelve pups. I world with them and played with them all until he sold them. The mother never left my side after that ( much to Dad's chagrin). After I got out of the service my wife and rescued a Lab mix. This past spring I had to put my pure bred Tessa down. This summer was a very long one without her.

    I decided that I wouldn't get another until one of my boys' dogs passed. This fall my wife put the bug in my ear and I just paid no attention until she showed me a litter of pups that were being given away practically since they weren't expected and with winter coming they couldn't board a litter. So my new buddy comes home this Friday.

    Meet Hobbes.
