ChoppersDad (12-09-2014)
I am new to this forum and have posted in the General Health forum. I am a new "parent" to a 13 week old yellow male lab puppy. He is my first lab so I will be asking A LOT of questions so I don't mess this guy up as he will be a big boy some day sooner than I can anticipate.
We are working on potty training and basic commands. He is very laid back for the most part and hope he stays that way. I am dreading the terrible two's but hope they will pass quickly!
If anyone has any advice, I will greatly take it.
Here is a picture of him.

Welcome. Such a cute and innocent pup. He will not stay innnocent. Good luck training your pup.
Wecome. Congrats on the new addition. Calm wow hpe it stays that way too .
Welcome, cute puppy. Sorry I have never had a puppy, but there are many brave people on here who have.
This is a very friendly forum. I can't believe how many people are welcoming and respond so quickly! I appreciate it very much.
He's a cutie-pie. What's his name? Welcome to the board.
His name is Oliver. I guess I left that out. If you asked him, he'd probably say his name is "hey!". Lol.
Welcome aboard enjoy the laid back while you can my Jake was that way for a while, he's 15 months now and still a puppy in a lot of ways. It's amazing the connection they make with one person and become one of your best friends.
Hello and welcome! Oliver is really cute, looks really calm and relaxed, and I hope he stays laid-back - some of them really do. I've had two girls and both of them have been real angel-labs. Congrats and fingers crossed.
