    Hello from a Forum Newbie!

    Hello! This is my first forum post; I joined to connect with other Lab owners/lovers and to get info and advice, as I haven't (unfortunately) had a Lab in my life for some time now. I grew up with the black Lab in my profile pic (lovable Spike, such an awesome dog, pictured with our sweet cocker, Maxi), and have had the pleasure of living with several Labs/Lab mixes since then. A Lab puppy will be joining our family (my husband, our 7-year old daughter and myself) soon. We can't wait! We are prepared with almost all of the supplies we will need, and I'm hoping to meet and gain some valuable info from the Lab experts and Lab lovers here.
