my husband and i got a 7 week old male lab/shepherd last week, he is now 8 weeks. we love him to much. i wanted to join this group to get all the help, tips, ideas, and advice along the way in his healthy life. we had a mini doxi that we got when he was just 6 weeks old and he had to be put down a couple weeks ago at age 6 years due to stomach tumor. it was the most painful thing to do, losing him was as hard as losing loved family members. so we decided to bring home this guy and even though he can not replace my brody nor fill my heart we sure have fallen in love with him
