The hosting company moved the site to a newer server last week which seems to be a bit faster. There was an error with posting that has since been resolved. The firewall was blocking the forum software thinking it was attacking itself.
I haven't posted much but I am working on the site in the background daily which is mostly blocking spammers etc.
