It happens from time to time. Sometimes it may be code from an image, emoji or from text.
I can download it and view it and I don't see anything that stands out.
I could move each message to a new thread and see which one is causing it.

It just goes to a blank screen. The other threads open fine. I also tried opening it in Incognito but no luck.

Try logging out and back in. It worked for another user. I have tested a few accounts and cannot replicate it on my laptop so I am thinking it's a user browser, anti-virus or computer issue.
