    Salmon Fudge

Made this the other day - has an interesting texture - semi-soft like the Zukes. The puppies like it ok, but Chloe was OBSESSED.

    Salmon Fudge

    1 large can salmon

1.5 Cups flour (I used all-purpose but you could use any)

    1 tbsp garlic powder

    2 eggs (including shells)

    2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Blend salmon, garlic, eggs, and parmesan cheese in blender until consistency of baby food. Pour in bowl and mix with flour. Stir until smooth. Spread in 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into pieces of desired size (I used a pizza cutter).

My dogs are obsessed with this stuff too, our trainer uses beef liver instead of salmon and they go nuts for it.

Now that's a way I can use up a can of salmon sitting in the pantry. DH does NOT like it.

The original recipe didn’t say to, but I did - just sprayed with some cooking spray. It slid right out that way.

I don't know... "salmon" and "fudge" are two words that should never be in juxtaposition with each other. Just sayin'.
