Here are some new pictures of the boy. He is 14 weeks old now, he weighed 19 pounds on Sunday. He loves all people and all dogs and loves carrying sticks around the park.

Oh boy, that first photo reminds me so much of his uncle Cookie. He's such a handsome little guy!

Thank you guys. He reminds me of Cookie in some ways, but he has his own personality, he is very smart and has learned the most important commands, the newest one being "stop". We'll see how he forgets everything when adolescence and hormones kick in, but for now he is the perfect puppy.

Well, Sonic ended in the fountain today. I say "ended up" because it wasn't planned. We were just walking on the plateau of the fountain when he suddenly jumped over the small barrier and fell into the water. We were both in shock but he listened to me and swam to me and I managed to pull him out without getting wet myself.

That's not how I planned his first swim to go! I hope he'll forget his little stunt until spring and that he won't be scared of the fountain/water, that would be a bummer.

LOL, who wants to bet next time he jumps in on purpose and wasn't afraid at all?
