Lol, nothing fun. Bear has just been hitting a growth spurt and he just turned 1 in July. I want to give him a bit more time to fill out before I post another weight on him.

Griffin will be 17 months on Monday. He weighed approx. 40lbs at 4 months but only now is getting close to the "double" mark. He weighed in at 79.1 lbs today at the Vet checkup. My guess is he will be a solid 80lbs once he's done filling out at 2+ years...
Here are a couple pics showing transformation at approx. 3 months and then again at 13 months...

Brooks weighed in at 75.2 pounds on 8/7, age 15 months. There's one vet at the practice where we go who said Brooks looked fat, but he tells me all my dog are fat. He's a field Lab guy, so anything that doesn't look like a whippet is fat. Personally I think he looks just about right, starting to fill in and mature.
I love the Jaws reference...The Vet told me today she would not want to see him get any fatter. Like you and Brooks, I think Griffin looks good and fits his frame well. He may fill out more over the next year, but I would like to keep him around the 80lb mark long term. Field labs are not my thing, but an English lab does not have to be fat. They can be strong and fit, like Brooks and Griffin haha...
