A good update on Loua!
Loua is doing very good, her incision is healing nicely with no redness or oozing. In Loua's world, she's on the move like before, but we still have another week of trying to keep her quiet and not running up and down the stairs.
We abandoned the E-collar and bought her a nice, soft, inflatable recovery collar. The bottom of our legs are so bruised from Loua banging into us when we let her have some freedom, and of course, Loua's neck must be sore from banging into corners, door frames, trees, and more.
I'll try posting 1 pic instead of 2. And again, it's sideways.

Great to see Loua is doing well! And yes, those inflatable collars do sound like a better option, I remember poor Cookie the Lamp banging on every single door frame after his surgeries, but he tolerated it well.
