picture test

So, here it is.

First step: Click on the image icon in the toolbar as shown below (click on the picture for a larger image):



Second Step: Select tab "From Computer", NOT "From URL". Click on "Choose File".




Third Step: Select the picture you would like to upload (judging from the link above, go to My Computer / disk C / Users / barle / Pictures / Dogs and then click on your picture and then click Open OR just double click on the picture):




Forth Step: Click on "Upload Files". Click JUST ONCE. I had some difficulties here myself because it appears to do nothing, but it is uploading the picture. Depending on the image size, and how fast your internet connection is, it may take some time, but it will work.

I am trying to figure out why it doesn't show the pictures, but they work if you click on the links.

Hee hee...I'm pretty sure you did what I did that yielded invalid links. Yours are invalid to me. No pictures and bad links. Just like me.

Yeah, I think it's time to ask Woody...or at least try to see if anyone else already has. A lot of people's attachments have been invalid lately.

That's weird, but it's beyond me. Something is wrong with the system. I hope it gets fixed, but you get the idea.

I use Shutterfly, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to post photos using it. Maybe, that will be a “this weekend” project.

If you figure it out, let me know. This is the first time I see an image link without image extensions. These can't be linked as pictures, not on this board anyway, they are not recognized as pictures. The complete code I found is highlighted below.

I've cheated and I fixed the pictures if you decide to try it yourself, maybe it will work for you, like it worked for me this morning, lol.

I am leaving the last one as it is if Woody decides to fix the issue.

when your screenshots showed up, that's exactly what I'd done

I actually deleted IE 11 from my computer when I switched to Edge. IE was totally misbehaving for me (freezing, closing/switching tabs, preventing video, etc.) I was bummed...I'd always liked IE but too many sites didn't.

Did you ever get straightened out? If not, or even if you have, I use postimages.org

Go to the address. Click "choose images". Navigate to the image on your computer, choose it, then a new page pops up with a link, copy that link and insert to the forum as you would have a photobucket link.
