Great video, Elena. It's wonderful to see Cookie (and you humans) enjoying this past year. (I love that you included a photo of Cookie with the goat...that was a classic moment.) It's bittersweet, knowing that he's starting to have some issues....I hope you'll be able to get things under control and share many more good times with him.

Something dawned on me as I watched Cookie swimming. I know he's worn a vest in deeper water for a long time now and I think nowadays that's especially important. He could have an episode and panic while in the water (even if the water is cold, he could overheat and prompt his problem...especially if it turns out to be seizures). But if he panics while in shallower water and loses his footing, he could need rescuing immediately in that situation, too. You've probably thought of this but I figured I'd mention it anyway. It might be good to keep him close to you even in shallower water now.

Happy New Year to you and Cookie and the rest of your family. In view of what 2020 has brought to us all, maybe Happier New Year is more appropriate.

Barb, I am not really concerned about shallow water since he is not losing his balance while having these episodes. He doesn't go too far anymore anyway, and we still have a few more months to go until swimming season, we'll see how things develop until then... thanks for the suggestion though, it really is crucial to keep him close in all occasions.

Yeah, from 9:07 to 12:55 are from Greece. The rest are all from Serbia. I had a camping trip planned to Slovenia but due to Covid I had to cancel unfortunately. We had to stick to Serbia this year.
