Awwwww what a good boy!
I can't say I've ever been very good about brushing my dogs' teeth but after a few trips to a dental vet with Chase and Lark, I decided I'd give it a try. Henry is the only one who has ever been the least bit cooperative. I know this is a lousy video, trying to hold the brush and aim my phone at the same time was not too easy but I can't help sharing what he does. I don't give him any signals other than to show him the toothbrush as ask if he's ready to get his teeth brushed. I hope I can get this to show up!

I brush Cookie's teeth since he was 3. Now at almost 16, he has perfect teeth. Never had to have any dental done, nor extractions. It's been worth it.

Same here with Diggity. I brush his teeth every night and use a really good doggie toothpaste called PetSmile. It says you really only need to rub it on their teeth, but I brush his with it. So far, his teeth look great!

I use PetSmile also- London Broil flavor! Mm-mmm! I don't do real thorough brushing, just a bit on the outer surfaces of their big back chompers. He doesn't hold still for long but I love how he lies down and rolls over to get brushed! I wish he'd do that to get his nails done but he's not down for that!
I’ve just started to do a quick swipe on the inside of his back teeth. I was noticing some tarter back there, so hoping a few swipes each night will help that. The hardest to do are his front teeth. He does not appreciate those being brushed.
He likes London Broil too!!
