Good luck with her spay recovery! It helps to play mind games to pass the time, like the 3 cups and 1 cookie/treat one and she has to sniff which cup the treat is under. Or teach her right hand, left hand with a treat in the hand you're saying to her.

Bella was very disoriented too. I cuddled her and let her just sleep it off. I was very glad to have the week off, it felt pretty necessary. I had to crate Bella whenever I left the room for that week, because she couldn’t be trusted not to jump up on things or race off to try to do something that she shouldn’t - if I took my eyes off her for a second. Tons of chew toys, kongs, treats, bribery, etc were deployed that week!
