Dog throwing up bile

Hello

I posted on this few weeks ago.. I started to give her a milk bone at night time and she was fine for few weeks but it’s started again. She starts licking her private parts between 4-5 am and then throws up yellow bile and goes back to sleep she is eating, playing and being herself other than thi.

Have you had her checked for a UTI? Take a first a.m. urine sample in to the vet....they shouldn't need to see her. My guess is that something "down there" is bothering her and causing her otherwise empty tummy to be in a bit of an uproar. (This is assuming your timing hasn't changed for when you give the biscuit and it's the same size biscuit.)
