    Personally i'd stick to kibble until he is done growing to be safe (with other food as treat/toppers) and switch to raw once they are a bit older. one CAN feed a puppy raw, but balanced nutrition is just much more crucial as they are growing. Or I would at least finish the research before switching.

    I agree, if you want to experiment with raw and other ways to feed, PLEASE WAIT until your puppy is fully grown. I wouldn't want you do compromise something and then they end up with joint issues etc. due to improper feeding. Take the time NOW to learn and talk to people and figure out what you are able to do, while you continue to feed a balanced kibble. You can definitely try small cooked tidbits as toppers though.
