Purina Pro Plan Sport Performance 30/20 vs Purina Pro Plan Large Breed Puppy

I am wondering if it is better to feed our new Lab puppy Purina Pro Plan Sport Performance 30/20 or Purina Pro Plan Large Breed Puppy? The breeder is currently feeding her Purina Pro Plan Sport Performance 30/20 so I'm not sure if I change once we get her. Thanks in advance!

The 30/20 is an All Life Stages food so it is OK for puppies. I think there's at least one breeder on here who feeds that although that might be my imagination. The 3 breeders from whom I got my 3 labs all fed Purina Pro Plan puppy formula, not the large breed formula since, technically, labs are not large breed dogs. I pretty much stick with what my breeders recommend. You can always ask why they chose that particular formula for their lines.

I'd keep her on what ever the breeder has her on.

I agree to keep her on what the breeder had her on....but I'm sure the Breeder will discuss this with you when you pick up the puppy.

We followed the breeders recommendations and fed the puppy formula (not large breed) and then switched to the sport around 7 months.
