I hope a doggy finds you and fills that need in you to love a dog. I'm sure Maxx would be honoured to know he created such a need in you that will benefit another pooch.![]()

I think getting another is the best way to honor your Maxx and help heal your heart. Sending good thoughts a new friend finds you when you are ready.

Ozzy - 10/2002 - 06/2011 - Rest well my sweet boy. You are forever remembered, forever missed, forever in my heart.
There is a pup out there waiting for you. You honor Maxx by getting another. He/she will not replace Maxx, as it should be, but will help with the feeling of loss.
Having a dog, or 2 or 3, makes me a better person.
Sorry for your loss. Look up rescue groups near you, a wet nose is looking for you!

I am terribly sorry for your loss
there must be a few solid rsecues in Vancouver. Two options are to google Vancouver dog rescue or to go to petfinder.com and search by area (not all rescues post on petfinder).
Many pet stores had adoption events so you can go to a few of thsoe to get to know rescues.
