It's been a while since I last updated this thread so thanks for bringing it up. Selegiline (Selgian) really helps. No more pacing at night, and the barking episodes rarely happen and usually not at night (last couple of times they happened during walks), so we are able to get some decent sleep. I don't recall if I've mentioned it here, but the calming meds along with CBD that we've tried didn't help much. Currently other, more serious issues are popping up (enlarged heart and kidneys shutting down), so his CCD isn't giving me much of a headache.
