That really sucks, I am so sorry. I hope that, soon, you will make another pup happy.

SO sorry too hear about your shoulder. I tore my rotator cuff, labrum and biceps tendon about 10 years ago. They were able to give me a shot of steroids to get it calmed down, Was about to avoid surgery for little over a year. Had the surgery in 2016 and it well, I will say recovery isn't much fun but its part of the healing process. Mine was so bad the doc couldn't scope it, he had to do an open repair, which made is exponentially more painful. Even to doc told me I'd probably tear it again at some point, of course I did about 2 years ago so I need a shoulder replacement this time, as there is nothing left to fix.

Hopefully you'll be able to get some relief with injections and will be functional.

Thanks Barry right now I have been told to just rest it. Im going a bit crazy because I rely on my arms for everything just about. I hope it will get better sooner vs later. We are waiting a couple weeks before shots to give it time to heal
